2010 Practice Schedule
1st week is Conditioning Only (All players MUST have 10 hours of conditioning in prior to ANY contact practices)
Practice needs: Labeled water bottle, mouth piece (Clear mouth pieces NOT allowed), and rubber cleats, also wear light clothing. It is very hot in August and we will have plenty of water breaks.
HYDRATION IS IMPORTANT before they even begin to practice, ensure your child is drinking plenty of WATER!
August 2nd Monday 6pm-8:15pm
August 3rd Tuesday 6pm-8:15pm
August 5th Thursday 6pm-8:15pm
August 7th Saturday 9am-11:15am
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Child is not officially on Roster until all documents have been received.
*Report card showing all 4 quarters, name must be visible.
*Physical on Pop Warner form dated after 1/1/10.
*Copy of Birth Certificate
